Stintino is a small holiday town situated on the north west coast of the Island of Sardinia. There is a working fishing port and the resort has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to fulfill most people's requirements. The big attraction of the area is of course the fantastic beaches. La Pelosa being the most famous is a beautiful bay with shallow waters and aquamarine seas, however there are many other bays just as attractive to be found along this stretch of coastline. The town of Alghero is only 50 kilomtres from Stintino and makes a great day out or an Ideal combination for a twin centre holiday. Stintino is a peaceful beach paradise.
